Spending Valentine's Day...
- working overtime at the park by splitting firewood until 5:30  - take home extra firewood to build a fire - cook some salmon and crawdad quesadillas - change into a dress  - paint my nails and treat to an in-home spa regime - finish off with some champagne and chocolate - and watch Burlesque that I purchased at Target in the bargain section THEN IN MY BED, ASLEEP BY 11 PM.

things i wish i'd learned in high school
lovebelikeawhirlwind: everything in your history books, with few exceptions, is filtered through the lens of white Eurocentric eliminationst thought. you will only learn what a board of educators, working with a biased, racist agenda, decide is fit for you to know unless you go out and educate yourself. unless you sit down, shut up, and listen to other voices history is not something you absorb...
